Watching Mrs.Pomerantz

Set in 1972, Watching Mrs.Pomerantz tells the story of nine year old Henry’s fascination with his upscale neighbours – particularly Mrs.Pomerantz. They are the only family in this middle class suburban neighbourhood to own a swimming pool. In contrast to Henry’s own mother who doesn’t shave her legs and eats chicken with her hands, Mrs.Pomerantz is glamorous and reclusive. Unfortunately, his ability to spend time with her is often complicated by his off and on relationship with her two sons Arthur and Scott.
